As most services involve professional time, expertise, documentation review, consultation, government processing, and third-party compliance work, refunds are governed by the terms below.

2. No Refund After Work Initiation

Once any service request is confirmed and work has commenced, no refund shall ordinarily be provided.

Work initiation may include:

• Consultation or advisory session

• Document review

• Filing preparation

• Research or drafting

• Application processing

• Submission to any government authority or third party

• Allocation of dedicated resources

3. Government Fees & Third-Party Charges

Government fees, statutory fees, stamp duty, filing fees, professional certification charges, DSC charges, and third-party expenses are non-refundable under all circumstances once paid or processed.

4. Subscription & Membership Plans

Subscription or membership fees paid for legal assistance plans, advisory plans, or retainership services are generally non-refundable.

However, cancellation requests for future renewals may be submitted before the next billing cycle.

LexShield Advisors reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership services in cases of:

• misuse of services,

• abusive conduct,

• fraudulent activity,

• violation of terms,

5. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may only be considered in limited situations such as:

• duplicate payment,

• payment made due to technical error,

• inability to initiate service due to internal reasons attributable solely to LexShield Advisors.

Approved refunds, if any, shall be processed within a reasonable period after verification.

6. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for:

• responding to communications,

• ensuring eligibility for registrations or filings.

No refund shall be provided for delays, rejection, or non-completion caused by:

• incorrect documentation,

• government objections,

• regulatory changes,

• client non-cooperation,

• force majeure events.

7. Consultation Fees

Consultation fees, strategy sessions, legal opinions, and advisory charges are non-refundable once the consultation has been scheduled or conducted.

8. Processing Time

Where a refund is approved, the amount may be processed through the original payment method within 7–15 working days, subject to banking and payment gateway timelines.

9. Modification of Policy

LexShield Advisors reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Updated policies shall be effective upon publication on the website.
